UPS Shipped another one of my packages back… again
I’ve noticed that most of the internet vendors use UPS. Well another package was shipped back. Once again the customer service rep lied to me again. The UPS rep said the package will be hold for 5 days before it is sent back. Those of you may know my struggles with UPS reps and their damn InfoNotice cards. Anyways I don’t give much trust to UPS customer service. So I checked the delivery status on my package. I’m no longer surprised. My package is on transit back to CA two days after the final InfoNotice card. I ordered a cheap wireless keyboard and mouse for my HTPC. Why do I physically have to be there? Does UPS think I don’t goto work? Why do they insist delivering my packages in the afternoon during business hours?
