People celebrating as they recieve toilet paper.

Sometimes just giving a crap is enough!

Poopable celebrates many entries in the bathroom universe. But we really enjoy celebrating organizations that add a little “panache” to their branding.

Who Gives a Crap is not just an expression but a decade-old toilet paper company that is here to bring you an eco-friendly option to your wiping experience. And oh do we love their sense of humor!

“We started Who Gives A Crap when we learnt that 2.4 billion people don’t have access to a toilet (now 2 billion – yay for progress!). That’s roughly 40% of the global population and means that around 289,000 children under five die every year from diarrheal diseases caused by poor water and sanitation. That’s almost 800 children per day, or one child every two minutes. We thought that was pretty crap…”

This is obviously an important issue, and we salute Who Gives a Crap for doing real good in the world. Even if the product was sub-par, the mission is admirable and we’d even go through some uncomfortable wipes to help support such an essential cause.

That said, thankfully, the product is just as good as its vision. The staff at Poopable must admit, their 24-roll, 370 sheet TP package is a pretty solid find. Not to mention, the branding will definitely make this a conversation starter for any house guests!

No TP for 40 percent of the globe? Poopable thinks that’s crap too!

So, what does Who Gives a Crap give a crap about? They produce environmentally friendly and socially responsible toilet paper, tissues as well as other related products. The company was founded in 2012 with the goal of creating a positive impact on the environment and addressing global sanitation issues.

Key features of Who Gives a Crap products include:

  1. Sustainability: The toilet paper is made from either 100% recycled paper or bamboo. The use of recycled paper reduces the demand for virgin wood pulp.
  2. Charitable Contributions: The company donates a significant portion of its profits to organizations working to improve sanitation and provide access to toilets in developing countries.
  3. Plastic-Free Packaging: The packaging is designed to be plastic-free, contributing to efforts to reduce plastic waste.
  4. Subscription Model: Who Gives a Crap often operates on a subscription model, delivering products to customers’ doors on a regular basis.

Unsurprisingly, the company has gained attention for its unique and humorous marketing approach along with its commitment to sustainability, resonating with environmentally conscious consumers.

Is Who Gives a Crap Poopable?

Three cheers and more cheers for Who Gives a Crap! Of course their product is poopable! The toilet paper offers an eco-friendly option and the team clearly has fun doing it.

Another endearing fact about the founders that clearly give a crap is the company donates 50% of their profits to help build toilets and improve sanitation in the developing world. So they are allowing poopers all over the planet a more enjoyable pooping experience? Sign us up!

Amidst a chaotic world in the start of a new year, it is truly a great discovery that these fine folks earnestly give a crap!
