A smiling toilet.

Poopable also believes it is concerning if your toilet is making human noises…

“The toilets were burping at us, and there were soap suds coming out of the toilets as well, and I thought this isn’t quite right,” stated Andrew Hurst, a tenant and veteran.

Residents of the Red Bay Apartments in Arlington, Florida have voiced their dissatisfaction with the living conditions to the News4JAX I-TEAM, citing persistent maintenance issues plaguing the complex.

A public records request unearthed a slew of complaints filed against the management, indicating a failure to address ongoing concerns.

Almost 2K-a-month will get you some angry toilets!

The complex’s plumbing problems extend further, with Hurst detecting a foul odor resembling human waste emanating from his dishwasher. Outside his unit, shredded pieces of what appeared to be used toilet paper littered the area, suggesting underlying issues with the sewer pipes.

Hurst also observed fecal matter on handprints and witnessed it flowing through the pipes during sidewalk pressure washing.

Another resident, Nina Grothe, shared her ordeal of enduring persistent flooding and mold issues, adversely affecting her and her children’s health. Despite paying a significant monthly rent (almost 2,000-a-month), Grothe’s living conditions remain subpar, with the leaky shower exacerbating skin irritation.

Amidst these complaints, the apartment management released a statement, asserting their dedication to addressing maintenance concerns promptly and transparently.

Building management told local reporters to vamoose!

They acknowledged the challenges posed by squatters, which have hindered their ability to maintain their usual level of service.

However, they assured residents that they are actively working to tackle this issue. To enhance maintenance services, the management revealed that they have stationed two full-time plumbers on-site to address major plumbing issues promptly.

Additionally, they have devised a comprehensive plumbing renovation plan aimed at improving the overall plumbing infrastructure of the property. Each maintenance request is closely monitored, with the team committed to resolving issues in a timely manner.

“We understand the importance of maintaining a high standard of living for our residents and acknowledge that prompt resolution of maintenance issues is essential to achieving this goal,” the management stated.

They emphasized their commitment to resident satisfaction and pledged to continuously review and improve maintenance procedures to better serve the community.

Toilets burp in Florida… We’re almost not surprised!

The management also expressed their appreciation for resident feedback, encouraging open communication to ensure effective resolution of concerns. They apologized for any inconvenience recent maintenance issues may have caused residents and expressed gratitude for their patience and understanding as they work diligently to address them.

The staff at Poopable wish the residents of the local complex our best of luck. No pooper deserves an angry toilet… let alone one that burbs after use… although, it can be assumed the toilet was satisfied with what it was given!
